A measuring method of absorption coefficients of total particulate matter and phytoplankton in the water relates to a measuring method of total particulate matter and components thereof. The invention aims to solve the problem that when measuring the absorption coefficient of total particulate matter at home and abroad, phycobilin and some pigments of eukaryotic cells can not be well extracted when methanol is used to extract for removing phytoplankton, and the absorption of non-pigment particulate matter and the inaccurate measurement of absorption coefficient are caused by using sodium hypochlorite to extract for removing phytoplankton. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: 1) preparing filtration film samples and a blank sample; 2) placing the samples in a spectrophotometer to measure the absorbance; 3) calculating the absorption coefficient of total particulate matter; 4) extracting filtration film samples with acetone to remove phytoplankton and retaining non-pigment particulate matter; 5) obtaining the absorbance of non-pigment particulate matter; 6) calculating the absorption coefficient of the non-pigment particulate matter; and 7) calculating the absorption coefficient of phytoplankton.

The invention relates to a method for preparing an easily filtered EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) wax-based composite spherical pigment yellow 14. The method comprises the following steps: in a water-phase suspension of a pigment yellow 14 after a coupling reaction for preparing the pigment yellow 14, controlling the temperature to 75-90 DEG C, and adding a pretreated EVA wax while stirring; and performing mixing and adsorption on suspended pigment granules in a water phase with the EVA wax, so as to obtain the spherical pigment yellow 14 of a core-shell structure. The pigment yellow 14 providedby the invention is a spherical granular substance and is easy to filter, and the vacuum suction filtration time is only 1-3 minutes; meanwhile, the surface of the pigment adsorbs a small amount of water, and the water content of a wet filter cake of the pigment after vacuum suction filtration is 10-20%, so that the pigment is easy to filter and easy to dry and only needs to be dried for 2 hoursin an oven of 45-50 DEG C; after being dried, the pigment granules are loosened, are not caked and are easy to crush; and the pigment preparation process is simple and convenient in operation, water-saving and energy-saving and applicable to industrial production; and the pigment tinting strength is 110% or greater.
