A solar building foundation thermal storage heat supplying system in an alpine region stores solar energy by using a building foundation. The solar building foundation thermal storage heat supplying system comprises a solar thermal collector, a fan heater, a storing/dissipating heat coiler, a thermal preservation foundation heat storing layer, a soil temperature measurement probe, a temperature controller, an expansion water tank, a heat storing recycling pump, a heat supplying recycling pump, a valve and the like. At the initial stage of heat supplying, heat is stored by the solar thermal collector to a foundation, and in sunny days, according to the demand, the heat is supplied into a room through the fan heater, or the heat is stored for the standby application through the storing/dissipating heat coiler; and in rainy days or at nights, the stored heat of the foundation is dissipated to supply heat for the room, and at extreme cold nights, an antifreezing rebound valve is slightly opened to prevent a thermal collecting pipeline from being burst. The oil temperature measurement probe is interlocked with the temperature controller, and excessive heat storing of the foundation can be prevented; meanwhile, the foundation dissipates heat to the room through a floor, a base pillar, a wall body and a floor slab, and the floor, the base pillar, the wall body and the floor slab have high heat-transfer capabilities; and the inner surface of a spacing enclosing structure is high in temperature, and the thermal environment is more comfort. According to the solar building foundation thermal storage heat supplying system in the alpine region, the heat storing property of the building foundation is skillfully used, defects of instability and intermittent of solar energy are overcome, and the heat supplying demand of the alpine regions where conventional energy resources are insufficient and solar energy resources are rich is solved.
