The invention discloses a circulating
water cooling system of a power
plant. The circulating
water cooling system comprises a circulating water
system and an
ammonia refrigerating system, wherein thecirculating water system comprises a steam condenser, a water collecting tank, a circulating water pump, a
cooling tower, a water separating tank and pipelines; the steam condenser, the water collecting tank, the circulating water pump, the
cooling tower, and the water separating tank are connected through the pipelines; the
ammonia refrigerating system comprises an
evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, a
liquid storage tank, an expansion valve and pipelines; the
evaporator, the compressor, the condenser, the
liquid storage tank, and the expansion valve are connected through the pipelines, and the pipelines are filled with
liquid ammonia; the
evaporator is arranged on a water outlet
pipe of the
cooling tower, an outlet of the compressor is connected with an
ammonia inlet of the evaporator, and an ammonia outlet of the evaporator is connected with an inlet of the compressor; and the condenser, the
liquid storage tank and the expansion valve are sequentially arranged on an ammonia inletpipe of the evaporator along the
liquid ammonia flowing direction. The circulating
water cooling system has the advantages that the ammonia refrigerating system is additionally arranged on the basisof the circulating water system, and cooling circulating water flowing out of the cooling
tower is further cooled by the ammonia refrigerating system, so that
tower outlet temperature of the cooling water is reduced to be lower, and the efficiency of a medium-pressure unit and a high-pressure unit is improved.
