A plasma arc welding gun is combined with a melting electrode electric arc welding gun to obtain a composite welding gun; the two electric arc welding guns are respectively connected with a negative pole of a direct-current pulsed plasma arc welding power supply and a positive pole of a direct-current pulsed melting electrode arc welding power supply and are also connected with a negative pole and a positive pole of an argon arc welding power supply (a TIG power supply); and a negative pole of the plasma arc welding power supply and a positive pole of the melting electrode arc welding power supply are connected with a workpiece. In order to prevent electromagnetic interference between a plasma arc and a melting electrode electric arc during welding, a pulsed coordination control method is used, namely, when melting electrode electric arc current waveform is a pulsed basic value pilot arc, the plasma arc is a pulse peak value, and welding is carried out; and when plasma arc current waveform is a pulse basic value, the melting electrode arc is pulse peak value welding current, and so forth. By the plasma-melting electrode electric arc dynamic composite welding device and the welding method thereof, the problems that electromagnetic interference between electric arcs is large, parameters are adjusted complexly, and electrodes are burnt down severely are solved.

According to the packaging structure and the manufacturing method, the laser etching method is employed to replace steps of photoetching and etching of the through holes and metal lines, the process complexity is greatly reduced, the front surface of the chip is exposed and a passivation layer is deposited without the planarization step or the stripping of the viscose layer, the redistribution leading wire layer is manufactured directly based on the plastic packaging layer, materials are saved, the method is more environmentally friendly, and the risk of the damage to the front surface of the chip in the process of planarization or stripping the viscose layer can be avoided.

When a battery voltage monitoring circuit detects that the voltage of a battery is lower than a low threshold voltage, a logic circuit outputs a first enable signal according to a powering-on signal output by a switching circuit when the switching circuit is preset in a powering-on state, a voltage detection signal output by the battery voltage monitoring circuit after battery voltage detection and a power signal output by a processing circuit in response to the voltage detection signal, and a power conversion circuit stops working to cut off power supply of the battery to the processing circuit in response to the first enable signal. When the battery voltage monitoring circuit detects that the voltage of the battery is not lower than a powering-on threshold voltage, the logic circuit outputs a second enable signal, and the power conversion circuit makes the battery supply power to the processing circuit in response to the second enable signal and makes the system powered on. According to the invention, when the system is powered off due to low battery voltage, power supply of the system can be cut off completely to prevent the battery from over-discharge.
