The invention discloses an embedding tool for a
stator winding in a micro permanent
magnet generator. The tool consists of an I-shaped winding board, a combined fixture, a combined
cushion block, a shaft-including fixed base and a movable
handle. The tool is structurally characterized in that the I-shaped winding board can be fixed between upper and lower clamping plates by adjusting a butterfly-shaped nut on the combined fixture; a left
cushion block of the combined
cushion block sleeves a shaft of the shaft-including fixed base, and sleeves a right cushion block of the combined cushion block on which the
stator core in the micro permanent
magnet generator is arranged; the movable
handle is arranged on a thread at the
tail end of the shaft of the shaft-including fixed base, and is rotated
clockwise till the combined cushion is clamped tightly by the movable
handle. The embedding tool has the advantages that the entire set of tool is low in cost, and is easy to
machine. By using the embedding tool together with a pedal type
winding machine, the transition of the conventional
embedding process for the
stator winding in the micro permanent
magnet generator from a pure manual
operation mode to a semi-automatic +manual
operation mode can be realized, one person can finish all embedding procedures, the embedding time is effectively shortened, and the embedding quality is ensured.
