system for
distribution transformer without power interruption. Multi-source operation data of the load
voltage regulating unit of the
distribution transformer is loaded first to accurately evaluate the
remaining life thereof; then the
voltage qualified dead zone width and the double-target optimization function
weight coefficient are dynamically set according to the
remaining life, and the minimum action interval for tap-changer is configured in combination with the historical action frequency; when the
voltage is out of limit, the tap position instruction is generated through double-target optimization, and the tap-changer is executed according to the instruction and the interval and the action information is updated, so that the
dynamic balance between the voltage quality and the switch life is realized, and the frequent tap-changer is inhibited. The
dynamic balance between the voltage quality guarantee and the load
tap changer life protection in the process of tap-changer without power interruption for the
distribution transformer can be realized.
