The invention relates to a method and a corresponding device for removing
foreign bodies in tobacco manufacturing, in particular to a method and device for removing the tobacco
foreign bodies based on vision and belongs to the device for removing the
foreign bodies based on vision. The method and device are mainly suitable for the
impurity removal process of various industrial
processing. According to the method and device, firstly a tobacco material is conveyed while being vibrated so that the tobacco material can be dispersed and evenly distributed, then acceleration vibration conveying is conducted so that the material can be subjected to single-layer
processing, then the tobacco material enters a constant-speed
conveyor belt, real-time images of tobaccos are shot by lattice CCD cameras and transmitted to a digital
processing unit for analyzing and processing of
grayscale signals of the images, and the positions of the foreign bodies are confirmed; and corresponding solenoid valves on the positions at the time point are controlled to be opened, the conveyed material is laterally blown by
compressed air, and the foreign bodies are blown off and fall into
foreign body hoppers on the two sides of the belt. According to the method and device, intelligent automatic equipment which integrates light, machinery,
electricity and gas is adopted for
foreign body removal,
foreign body removal is quite reliable, the working efficiency is high, and the percent of pass of cigarettes is increased greatly.
