The invention relates to an organic electroluminescent device containing a capping layer. The organic electroluminescent device containing the capping layer comprises a substrate layer, a first electrode, an organic light emitting functional layer, a second electrode and the capping layer, wherein the first electrode is located on the substrate; the organic light emitting functional layer is located on the first electrode; the second electrode is located on the organic light emitting functional layer; and the capping layer is located on the second electrode, the capping layer comprises an organic compound, the organic compound of the capping layer contains different types of heteroarylamines and has higher glass transition temperature and molecular thermal stability. Low absorption and high refractive index in the visible light field are achieved, and the light extraction efficiency of an OLED device can be effectively improved after the organic electroluminescent device is applied toa CPL layer of an organic light Emission diode (OLED) device. The invention further relates to the application of the organic electroluminescent device containing the capping layer for display or lighting equipment.

The invention discloses a semiconductor alloy film with a continuously and gradually changing component, and a preparation method and application of the semiconductor alloy film. The film is characterized in that the film is a ternary sulfur-selenium compound alloy, the selenium component can be continuously and gradually changing in an X axis direction and be basically unchanged in a Y axis direction and a Z axis direction; the semiconductor alloy film with the continuously and gradually changing component is taken as a good light absorption layer and is used for a thin film solar cell array and a photoelectric detector. The preparation method of the semiconductor alloy film comprises the following steps of (1) selecting a deposition substrate; (2) preparing an evaporation source; and (3) preparing the semiconductor alloy film. According to the method provided by the invention, the semiconductor alloy film with the large-scale continuously and gradually changing component is deposited under the same condition, and the method has the advantages of fast film making speed, convenience for process, easiness in implementation, stability and reliability and wide application range.

Novel zero-dimensional ZnSe-two-dimensional SnSe heterojunction catalyst and preparation and application thereof

The invention relates to a novel zero-dimensional ZnSe-two-dimensional SnSe heterojunction catalyst as well as preparation and application of the novel zero-dimensional ZnSe-two-dimensional SnSe heterojunction catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: mixing SnCl2, SeO2, oleamide, hydrazine hydrate and water to form a precursor solution, and putting the precursor solution into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction to obtain two-dimensional nano-sheet SnSe; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing two-dimensional nano-sheet SnSe, ZnNO3. 6H2O, SeO2, sodium hexadecyl benzene sulfonate, hydrazine hydrate and water to obtain a precursor solution, putting the precursor solution into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, and carrying out secondary hydrothermal reaction to obtain the zero-dimensional ZnSe-two-dimensional SnSe heterojunction catalyst. The photocatalytic degradation performance of the zero-dimensional ZnSe-two-dimensional SnSe heterojunction catalyst prepared by the preparation scheme is obviously enhanced, and the degradation rates of the zero-dimensional ZnSe-two-dimensional SnSe heterojunction catalyst for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue and levofloxacin are 3.8 times and 1.7 times of those of a single SnSe product respectively. The method is simple in process, easy to control and high in production efficiency.

The invention relates to an organic light-emitting device containing carbazole as a core compound and application of the organic light-emitting device. The organic light-emitting device comprises a substrate layer; a first electrode which is arranged on the substrate; an organic light emitting functional layer which is arranged on the first electrode; a second electrode which is arranged on the organic light emitting functional layer; and a covering layer which is arranged on the second electrode and comprises an organic compound, wherein the organic compound of the covering layer is an organic compound which takes carbazole as a core and is connected with an arylamine group. The compound has relatively high glass transition temperature and thermal stability. The evaporation temperature ofthe material is low, and the decomposition temperature is higher than the evaporation temperature. The material has a low extinction coefficient and a high refractive index in the field of visible light, and can effectively improve the light extraction efficiency of a device after being applied to an OLED as a covering layer. The organic light-emitting device containing the covering layer of thepresent invention can be used for a display or lighting apparatus.
