The invention discloses a modified cellulose nanofiber membrane based on layer-by-layer self-assembly of lysozyme and silk protein as well as preparation and application thereof and belongs to the technical fields of high polymer materials and biomedical materials. According to the invention, a cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane is prepared by utilizing an electrospinning technique and lysozyme and silk protein which are opposite in charges are alternately assembled on the surface of the cellulose nanofiber membrane by adopting a layer-by-layer assembly technique so as to obtain the modified cellulose nanofiber membrane disclosed by the invention. The single-component healing capsule provided by the invention takes a mixture of polyurethane and diluter as the healer, and the intermolecular action force of the polyurethane is changed through dilution of the diluter, so that the healer has favorable flowability, and the healer can flow evenly in a crack and be solidified and cemented within certain time after the capsule is ruptured. Experimental results indicate that the healer can be uniformly released into the crack after the single-component healing capsule is ruptured; crack healing is realized through cementation with concrete; and the healing efficiency can be up to 32.2% one day after two capsules are ruptured, the healing efficiency can be up to 77.6% two days after two capsules are ruptured, and the healing efficiency can be up to 75.2% three days after two capsules are ruptured.
