The invention discloses a fault-tolerant type four-phase switch reluctance motor used for driving of an electric automobile. A stator is composed of a stator yoke and stator teeth. The stator teeth are formed by eight wide teeth and eight narrow teeth which are distributed along the circumferential direction of the internal circle of the stator yoke in a mutually alternating way. A rotor is composed of rotor iron core blocks and a rotor sleeve. There are ten rotor iron core blocks which are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the external circle of the rotor sleeve and fixedly embedded in the rotor sleeve so that the cylindrical rotor is formed by the rotor iron core blocks and the rotor sleeve together. One stator winding is wound on the eight wide teeth in a concentrated way, and winding directions on the adjacent wide teeth are identical so that NNNNSSSS polar distribution is formed, and the windings on the two opposite wide teeth are forwardly connected in series into a phase. Torque output capability is enhanced under the situation that the motor is not aligned in position. The separated rotor iron core blocks are adopted to embedded in the non-magnetic-conductive rotor sleeve so that the magnetic circuit is shorter, magnetic leakage is reduced and wind resistance is low. The narrow teeth with no winding can be used as the loop of magnetic flux to realize a shorter magnetic circuit and can also be used for isolation.

The invention relates to a serial-magnetic-circuit hybrid-excitation permanent magnet motor, which comprises a case. A stator consisting of stator core and a stator winding, and a rotor consisting of a permanent magnet, a rotating shaft, a rotor core, an excitation winding and a nonmagnetic material are installed in the case. The stator winding is distributed in a slot which is circumferentially arranged in the stator core. The permanent magnet and the excitation winding are arranged on the rotor core. Magnetic motive force sources established by the permanent magnet and the excitation winding are connected in series in the form of magnetic circuits. The nonmagnetic material is arranged between the rotor core and the rotating shaft. By adjusting the current of the excitation winding, the air-gap magnetic field of a motor can be conveniently adjusted. The excitation winding is only used for realizing the auxiliary adjustment of the air-gap magnetic field and the effect of the permanent magnet is fully exerted; the main magnetic field adjusting capacity is better; the structure of the serial-magnetic-circuit hybrid-excitation permanent magnet motor is similar to the structure of a common synchronous motor, the power density is higher, and the optimization design of the motor winding and the magnetic pole shape is facilitated to obtain sinusoidal voltage waveform; and an additional air gap and an axial magnetic circuit do not exist.

Mixed-excitation synchronous motor with tripolar combination

The invention discloses a mixed-excitation synchronous motor with a tripolar combination, and belongs to the technical field of motors. The mixed-excitation synchronous motor comprises a case (1), a stator core (2), armature windings (3), a rotor core (4), a permanent magnetic pole (5), ferromagnetic poles (6), exciting windings (7) and a rotating shaft (8). The armature windings are distributed in stator core grooves, and poles of the armature windings are identical to poles of rotors in number. According to the tripolar combination of the rotor core, the permanent magnetic pole is arranged in the middle, and the ferromagnetic poles are arranged on two sides. The exciting windings are placed in grooves on two sides of the tripolar combination, and the number of poles of each exciting winding is one third of that of the poles of the rotors. During motor operation, the exciting windings can be powered by an excitation system with or without a brush; wide range adjustment of a magnetic field of the motor can be achieved only by excitation capacity which is about one third of excitation capacity of a common synchronous motor. Compared with the prior art, the mixed-excitation synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure, few permanent magnetic material consumption, high motor efficiency, high magnetic field adjustment capability and capability of adapting to wide range operation speed requirements.
