The invention provides a time division duplex (TDD) transmission method and a base station and a user device which both support the method. The method comprises the following steps: channel estimation is carried out by a base station on a down link from the base station to a user device; the base station establishes a precoder aiming at the user device according to an estimated down link channel; the base station sends a channel quality indication reference signaling (CQI-RS) which has been subjected to precoding by the precoder to the user device, and sends indication information in first physical down link control channel (PDCCH) and/or an enhanced physical down link control channel (ePDCCH); the indication information indicates information needed by the user device in detecting the pre-coded CQI-RS; the user device detects the pre-coded CQI-RS, and the corresponding CQI is exported; and the user device gives a feedback of the exported CQI to the base station on a PUCCH. The beneficial effects of the technical scheme of the present invention are that: advanced multi-user multiple-input-multiple-output (MU-MIMO) and/or coordinated multi-point (CoMP) operation can be supported, and the feedback of the CQI can be accurately and timely given, so that compared with existing TDD transmission methods, the TDD transmission method of the invention has a considerable performance gain; and the TDD transmission method of the invention is low in signaling cost and simple to realize.
