The first metal layer in the electron injection layer is formed by the low-work function metal which is relatively action, free electrons can move greatly, conductivity of the device can be improved, transmission speed of the electrons is increased, and the ternary doping layer is formed by a rhenium compound, a rubidium compound and a metal sulfide compound.
