A method for manufacturing the projection-type high-power LED automobile dipped headlight comprises: 1) selection of the LED light source; 2) the optical lens preparation; 3) the light distribution forming board, the main reflection plane and the auxiliary reflection plane preparation; 4) the lens mount preparation; 5) the auxiliary radiator preparation; and 6) assembly. By adopting the invention, the light emitted by the LED light source is processed by secondary light distribution, so that the two problems of heat dissipation and light distribution can be solved. The LED automobile dipped headlight has high luminous efficiency, uniform and soft light source and prolonged service life by 4-5 times, thus being more beneficial for the road ahead lighting and high speed driving.

The invention provides an interactive semi-automatic grating surface defect detection device and a method using the device, and relates to a defect detection device and the method using the device. The problems that an existing grating surface defect detection device is low in detection precision, low in detection efficiency, poor in anti-interference performance and high in cost are solved. According to the detection device, a motion control cabinet, a grating surface unfolding unit and a first image collecting system unit are sequentially arranged on a detection worktable from left to right in parallel, and a second image collecting system unit and the first image collecting system unit are connected. The defect detection method has the advantages of being high in automation degree, high in detection precision and detection efficiency, high in objectivity and not prone to causing eyestrain. Alignment of the position of a grating to be detected is achieved by driving an electric two-dimensional translation table, and the alignment mode has the advantages of being high in objectivity, high in positioning precision and good in stability compared with manual alignment. The invention relates to the technology of fishery breeding equipment, and aims to provide a fry counting device and method based on machine vision detection and tracking. The device comprises a camera device used for collecting and analyzing pictures or video data and a computer terminal, and a lens of the camera device is aligned with an observation cabin through which fries pass; the fry separation module, the observation cabin and the fish collection container are sequentially connected through water pipes, and the space between a conical funnel and an angle adjusting valve is divided into continuous spiral channels through an annular partition plate in the fry separation module. The device can automatically disperse fish fries, effectively avoids accumulation and adhesion of the fish fries, reduces the fish fry detection and tracking difficulty, and effectively guarantees the counting precision; meanwhile, the observation cabin isolates external light source interference, the bottom of the square tube is white, continuous shooting, detection, tracking and counting are achieved, and the counting efficiency is improved; by continuously detecting and tracking the fry, the influence of fry migration on the counting precision is eliminated, and the counting precision is effectively improved.
