Aspergillus tubingensis L-27 strain, fermentation broth, herbicide and active component enrichment method

The invention belongs to the technical field of herbicides, and discloses an aspergillus tubingensis L-27 strain of which a fermentation broth has herbicidal activity, the fermentation broth and an herbicide which are prepared from the strain, and an enrichment method and an identification method of herbicidal active components in the aspergillus tubingensis L-27 strain fermentation broth. By screening herbicidal activities of fermentation broths of 30 soil fungus strains, phenomena are found that inhibition rates of the aspergillus tubingensis L-27 strain fermentation broth on roots and stemsof amaranthus retroflexus, descurainia sophia and portulaca oleracea reach 100%; and regarding pharbitis purpurea, only stems grow weakly, and an inhibition rate still reaches 77.8%. A weak-base anion-exchange resin D301 is screened out to serve as an enrichment resin of the herbicidal active components, and after adsorption, growth inhibition rates of a residual liquid on roots and stems of wheat are only 1% and 7% respectively; and finally, a 100% ethanol solution of 0.1 mol/L HCL is determined to serve as a desorption agent of the active components enriched by the D301 resin. The herbicidal activity of the fermentation broth of the L-27 strain has potential development value.

Method for extracting compound axillarin from xanthium italicum and application of compound axillarin

The invention discloses a method for extracting a compound axillarin from xanthium italicum and an application of the compound axillarin. The method comprises the following steps of crushing fruits ofthe xanthium italicum in a mature period, soaking the crushed fruits in ethanol for crude extraction, performing degreasing with petroleum ether, performing extracting with trichloromethane, performing purifying with a silica gel column, and performing purifying with a Sephadex LH-20 column to obtain the axillarin. The obtained axillarin is used as a herbicide for trial use in three tested plants, namely monocotyledonous plants such as bluegrass and pennisetum alopecuroides, and dicotyledonous plants such as amaranthus retroflexus; results show that seedling growth of the monocotyledonous plants such as the bluegrass and the pennisetum alopecuroides and the dicotyledonous plants such as the amaranthus retroflexus is significantly inhibited; and the root length inhibition rate of the amaranthus retroflexus reaches 97%, the root length inhibition rate of the pennisetum alopecuroides is 52%, and the root length inhibition rate of the bluegrass is 43%. The axillarin is a plant source natural component, can be rapidly decomposed in nature and does not pollute the environment. The axillarin can be prepared into herbicides with different concentrations, can be independently used or can be mixed with other pesticides for use before seedling or in a seedling stage, is widely applied to development of various herbicides, and has potential commercial application value.
