The epitope tandem polypeptide provided by the application can be directly used for preparing a subunit vaccine of PRRSV, and has the advantages of simple preparation method, strong immunogenicity and good safety. The epitope tandem polypeptide can also be combined with an inactivated vaccine of PRRSV and applied to enhance cellular immunity induced by the inactivated vaccine, so that the epitope tandem polypeptide can more effectively prevent and protect pigs from PRRSV infection. The epitope tandem polypeptide composition contains common epitope sequences of seven representative strains (LV, VR-2332, CH-1a, JXA1, NADC30, NADC34 and RFLP 1-4-4) of PRRSV, and is expected to have good cross-protection for infection of different strains.

This invention discloses a strain of *Pleurotus ostreatus* and its application in the degradation of mycotoxins. The strain exhibits the ability to degrade various mycotoxins (including OTA, ZEN, AFB1, and DON). The freeze-dried fruiting body powder and mycelium powder extract of this strain show a degradation efficiency of up to 99% for OTA (1 μg / mL), and the mycelium extract achieves near-complete removal of OTA within 6 hours. The fruiting bodies of the *Pleurotus ostreatus* strain 914T1 of this invention are characterized by high water content and tender texture. Their dry matter is rich in total sugar, protein, and cellulose, expanding the scope of edible fungi in the field of mycotoxin degradation and providing new strain resources for the development of related biological agents.

Application of NAT10 and related biomolecules thereof in diagnosis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicine and molecular biology, and relates to application of NAT10 and related biomolecules thereof in diagnosis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis. Specifically, research finds that NAT10 is an important starting factor of endothelial cell ferroptosis, and the expression of NAT10 is remarkably increased in DVT. The result shows that the endothelial ferroptosis is relieved by inhibiting the NAT10 to reduce the ac4C level in the DVT. However, reduction of expression of NAT10 leads to reduction of stability of HMOX1, reduction of release of Fe < 2 + > and inhibition of lipid peroxidation, so that targeting NAT10 / HMOX1 axis may be a potential method for treating DVT, and the application has good potential practical application value.
