backflow circulating conveying device for a
fermentation process, and relates to the technical field of material conveying in the

fermentation process, a substrate is prone to layering and deposition, circulating conveying is unstable, and disassembling and washing are inconvenient, the efficient substrate
backflow circulating conveying device is provided. The device is composed of a fermentation tank, a material pumping port, a material pumping pipeline, an emulsifying pump, a material pumping valve, a
sight glass
assembly, a buffer hopper, an emulsifying
machine, a rotor pump, a return
pipe and a delivery
pipe, wherein the return
pipe and the delivery pipe are connected in a split-flow mode and are controlled by an
electric control cabinet in a linkage mode. Substrates are sheared and homogenized in the emulsifying
machine after being sucked and are subjected to flow stabilization in the buffer hopper, then
reflux circulation is achieved through the rotor pump or the substrates are sent out to the filling
machine, and key connection adopts a sanitary fast-
assembly structure. The uniformity in the tank can be improved, deposition and wall hanging are reduced, feeding is stable, and CIP cleaning and maintenance are facilitated.
