grid file, and setting a basic model; s4, setting a component transportation model, boundary conditions, a pressure and speed
coupling method, a discrete method and
overpressure and
temperature monitoring; s5, an ignition area is established, and design is initialized; and S6, iterative calculation is carried out, post-
processing is carried out on a calculation result, explosion
overpressure and
flame wave characteristics are obtained, and a flow field flow trace is displayed. The method solves the problem that
discharge safety is not considered in existing pipeline explosion venting, and a theoretical basis is provided for
engineering protection measures.
