The invention discloses a direct-current
brush motor. A PCB comprises a carbon
brush circuit board and a Hall circuit board which are arranged on the two sides of a carbon
brush holder, and a BDLEMI filter is welded to the surface, away from the output end of a
motor shaft, of the carbon brush circuit board through a
chip mounter; one end of a power supply positive wire, one end of a power supply negative wire, the other end of the first carbon brush connecting wire and the other end of the second carbon brush connecting wire are all welded with the carbon brush circuit board by
wave soldering; a plurality of flat Hall elements tightly attached to the surface of the Hall circuit board close to a magnetic ring are welded on the surface of the Hall circuit board by adopting the
chip mounter, the magnetic ring is arranged at the output end of the
motor shaft, and the magnetic ring is axially magnetized; each
Hall element is electrically connected with a plurality of
signal lines through a first
junction box which is fixed on the Hall circuit board in advance; and a
metal screw rod grounded with the carbon brush circuit board and the Hall circuit board fastens the two
metal end covers on the grounded
metal shell. The carbon brush
assembly of the direct-current brush motor is simple and rapid to assemble, high in production efficiency and capable of greatly improving the product yield on a
production line.
