This invention relates to an automatic screw
extrusion device for an
air compressor, comprising an
extrusion device body whose operation is controlled by a
control system. The
extrusion device body contains an upper positioning mechanism and a lower positioning mechanism. The upper end of the upper positioning mechanism is equipped with a variable-
diameter telescopic
oil pump. Based on the outer
diameter of different screw models and the inner
diameter of the screw bearing, the appropriate telescopic setting is selected, allowing the tip of the
oil pump to penetrate deep into the compressor head component during screw extrusion. This prevents damage to the bearing and compressor head component while applying continuous force. The upper positioning mechanism includes adjustable limit baffles for positioning the compressor head component; the horizontal position of these baffles affects the extrusion effect, ensuring the horizontal state of the adjustable limit baffles on both sides. The lower positioning mechanism includes a screw guide and fixing device for positioning and protecting the screw during continuous, slow extrusion, preventing screw wobbling and
impact, and reducing damage caused by component disassembly.
