The invention relates to a pipeline robot which comprises a supporting mechanism, a walking mechanism connected with the supporting mechanism, anti-collision mechanisms, an operating mechanism and anouter connecting mechanism. The supporting mechanism comprises a supporting base and a bearing vehicle body, the bearing vehicle body is of an inner hollow structure with an opening in the side face,and the supporting base is located under the bearing vehicle body. The walking mechanism is connected with the supporting base through a self-adapting mechanism. The anti-collision mechanisms are arranged on the top and the two sides of the bearing vehicle body. The operating mechanism comprises a mechanical arm with multi-degree of freedom and an end executor, the first end of the mechanical armwith the multi-degree of freedom is fixed into the bearing vehicle body, and the second end of the mechanical arm of the multi-degree of freedom is connected with the end executor. The outer connecting mechanism comprises a material cable conveying device and a control system, the material cable conveying device is arranged in the bearing vehicle body and is connected with the outer portion of a pipeline, and the control system is used for controlling all the mechanisms to operate. The present invention makes it possible to avoid damage caused by contact impact with an adsorption nozzle or a circuit substrate, while maintaining high mountability of an electronic-circuit component to the circuit substrate. A rotating-rising/falling shaft (14) is held in a head body (12) so as to be capable of rotating and rising/falling, and an adsorption nozzle (22) is held onto the rotating-rising/falling shaft (14) so as to be relatively capable of rising/falling and incapable of rotating. A biasing means biases the adsorption nozzle (22) upward in relation to the rotating-rising/falling shaft (14). In addition, a rising/falling drive member (62) is held in the head body (12) so as to be capable of rising and falling, and is raised and lowered by a first linear motor (18). A component (86) is mounted to a circuit substrate in a state in which: a first engaging part (64) of the rising/falling drive member (62) engages the rotating-rising/falling shaft (14), while the second engaging part (66) of a second linear motor (60) held onto the rising/falling drive member (62) engages the adsorption nozzle (22); and the adsorption nozzle (22) is lowered along with the rotating-rising/falling shaft (14), and the adsorption nozzle (22) is lowered in relation to the rotating-rising/falling shaft (14) in opposition to the biasing force of the biasing means.

The oscillator comprises: an upper oscillator disc; a lower oscillator disc located directly below the upper oscillator disc; driving eccentric shafts, wherein one ends of the driving eccentric shafts are rotatably mounted on the upper oscillator disc, the other ends of the driving eccentric shafts are rotatably mounted on the lower oscillator disc, and the tail ends of the driving eccentric shaft downward extend out of the driving eccentric shafts and are fixedly connected with a driven pulley; driven eccentric shafts, wherein one ends of the driven eccentric shafts are rotatably mounted on the upper oscillator disc, and the other ends of the driven eccentric shafts are rotatably mounted on the lower oscillator disc; and a plurality of balancing weights respectively detachably mounted on the driving eccentric shafts and the driven eccentric shafts, wherein the upper part of every balancing weight is an arc-shaped cylinder, the upper end surface ofat least one of the balancing weights on the driven eccentric shafts is recessed downwards to form a plurality of parallel mounting grooves, and gravity center adjusting plates adapting to the mounting grooves are arranged in the mounting grooves. The oscillator avoids excessive oscillation or insufficient oscillation of a sample solution, and allows the collision force of drug particles or microorganisms in the solution to the wall of a bottle to be moderate.

Synthesis of purified, moderately esterified polyol polyester fatty acid compositions

Processes for the preparation of a purified moderately esterified polyol fatty acid polyester composition including the steps of: (a) forming an initial reaction mixture, said initial reaction mixture containing: a polyol portion; a highly esterified polyol fatty acid polyester; a solvent; and, a catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of said polyol portion to said highly esterified polyol polyester is chosen such that the final ratio of total fatty acid esters to total polyol backbones is in the range from about 3.2:1 to about 6.4:1; wherein the molar ratio of said catalyst to said highly esterified polyol polyester is in the range of from about 0.01:1 to about 10:1, and wherein the weight ratio of said solvent to the combined weight of said polyol portion, said highly esterified polyol polyester, and said catalyst is in the range of from about 0.01:1 to about 2:1; and (b) forming an initial reaction product by reacting said initial reaction mixture in an inert atmosphere, in the presence of a sufficient amount of agitation, for a period of time in the range of from about 30 minutes to about 6 hours, and at a temperature in the range of from about 80° C. to about 140° C.

Disclosed is a buffering member which is capable of easily linking an output shaft and a passive shaft so as not to cause misalignment or looseness of the shaft centers, and which is capable of suppressing outside forces working directly from one of the shafts towards the other of the shafts and of suppressing the effects caused by thermal conductivity and thermal expansion; also disclosed is a uniaxial eccentric screw pump provided with said buffering member. By being interposed between an output shaft (70a) and a drive shaft (56), a buffering member (82) is capable of linking both shafts. The buffering member (82) is made from a resin, and has a tubular buffering member main body (84) and a coupling means (90). By being inserted into a buffering member insertion area (56a) disposed on the end of the drive shaft (56), the buffering member main body (84) assumes a state in which said buffering member main body (84) is fitted in and coupled with the drive shaft. Further, by inserting an output shaft (70a) into an insertion area (88) disposed on the buffering member main body (84) and engaging with a key seat (70b) a key (92) which forms a coupling means, the output shaft (70a) and the buffering member main body (84) assume a linked state.
