The invention provides an environment-friendly production process for chemical bulk drugs. The environment-friendly production process is characterized by comprising the following steps of 1, a feeding preparation procedure, specifically, continuously conveying the bulk drugs to a
powder box by a feeding
machine; 2, a material distributing procedure, specifically, arranging a sub-packaging mechanism below the
powder box to sequentially subpackage the bulk drugs into storage bins in all sub-packaging barrels in a material receiving mechanism; 3, a synchronous bagging procedure, specifically, arranging a bagging mechanism behind a
material distribution assembly, and sleeving the outer sides of the sub-packaging barrels containing
powder with material bags; 4, a filling and dedusting procedure, specifically, feeding the bulk drugs into the material bags, and controlling flying dust in the storage bins in cooperation with the material bags so as to prevent the flying dust from escaping; and 5, a bag sealing procedure, specifically, falling the material bags filled with the bulk drugs onto a transfer
conveyor belt, and sealing the material bags by a bag sealing mechanism on a transmission path of the transfer
conveyor belt. The problems that the flying dust is prone to being generated in
bulk drug packaging, and quantitative packaging cannot be effectively achieved are solved.
