This invention relates to the field of power operation
robot technology, providing a method, device, equipment, and medium for real-time detection of hammer wear using
stress sensing. On one hand, the hammer's inner layer is a
solid metal material, and its outer layer is a
solid material friendly to
power transmission lines; this specially designed structure avoids direct
impact damage to the
power transmission lines. On another hand, a rotational
dynamic stress model of the hammer in a power line de-
icing system is constructed, and a
correlation analysis of the hammer wear degree is performed based on this model. This model converts physically collected data into quantitative wear characterization indicators. On the third hand,
stress sensors are used to collect the real-time tensile stress of multiple connecting rods within a
target angle range, simplifying the detection dimensions. Simultaneously, the wear degree of the hammer is determined by combining the results of a full life-cycle durability
impact test, enabling real-time and accurate detection of hammer wear under actual operating conditions.
