The invention discloses a filtration system. The filtration system is at least composed of a first booster pump, a first filter, a second booster pump, a second filter and a control unit which are connected in sequence; and the first filter is a double-column recoil type net replacing filter, the second filter is a melt automatic recoil type filter, and the control unit is connected with two pressure sensors located on the two sides of the first filter, pressure sensors located on the two sides of the second filter, the first booster pump, the first filter, the second booster pump and the second filter. The invention further discloses an operation technology of the filtration system. By means of the filtration system, automatic flushing of filtering nets of the second filter is achieved, when the differential pressure between a melt outlet and a melt inlet of the second filter is too large, the back washing process is automatically started, and the position and the movement distance ofa filter recoil shaft of the second filter are accurately controlled; and the line structural design is reasonable, the filtering pertinence of high-temperature melt is high, the filtering period islong, the filters are prevented from being frequently replaced, filtering is stable, and the filtering efficiency is high.
