The heating air furnace comprises a furnace body, at least two air supply pipes, a partition plate, an air conveying mechanism and a supporting device, wherein the furnace body is hollow inside and the two ends of the furnace body are closed; the furnace body is detachably arranged on the supporting device; the partition plate is arranged in the furnace body and divides the interior of the furnace body into a
combustion chamber and an air collecting chamber, the air collecting chamber is close to the first end of the furnace body, an air inlet communicating with the air collecting chamber is formed in the first end of the furnace body, and the air inlet is connected with an air supply device for conveying
compressed air into the air collectingchamber; each air supply
pipe is partially arranged outside the furnace body, and each air supply
pipe penetrates through the second end of the furnace body and the partition plate and communicates with the air collecting chamber; a material conveying opening and a discharging opening are formed in the positions, corresponding to the
combustion chamber, of the furnace body; and the air conveying mechanism is arranged at the position, corresponding to the
combustion chamber, of the furnace body so as to convey air into the
combustion chamber. According to the heating air furnace, the air supplypipes convey hot air to a to-be-heated area, so that the temperature of the to-be-heated area is increased,
electric heating is not needed, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, the potential safety
hazard of
electricity utilization is reduced, and the application range is wide.
