The system comprises a lower frequency converter, a receiving demodulator, a decrypting machine, a quick-view host, a router, a testing host, a radio frequency cable, an intermediate-frequency cable and network cables. A tested system is connected with the lower frequency converter through the radio frequency cable, the lower frequency converter is connected with the receiving demodulator through the intermediate-frequency cable, and the testing host is connected with the lower frequency converter through the router and a network cable. An image transmission frame is transmitted to the decrypting machine through the network cable by the router, intermediate-state test data are transmitted to the testing host through a network cable, the encrypted image transmission frame is decrypted by the decrypting machine, and the decrypted image transmission frame is finally transmitted to the quick-view host through a network cable and the router, and control and state reading of the receiving demodulator, decrypting machine and quick-view host are completed by the testing host.
