According to the method, the gangue wall and the filling wall are arranged to jointly support the overburden weight on the lower section working face, the supporting pressure of the filling wall is effectively relieved, and the entry retaining heaving floor amount is obviously decreased. After a roof is cut down, due to the gangue wall and the buffer distance between the two walls, the squeezing effect of overlying strata after cutting down on the first high-water material filling wall is further reduced, and the stability and safety of the working face are effectively improved.

The invention provides a method for reducing the pulverization rate of a leaf shred bin type feeding machine for preparing tobacco shreds, which comprises the following steps: (1) operating a bottom belt of the leaf shred bin type feeding machine only under the condition that a lifting belt is operated and tobacco shreds are not detected by a putty photoelectric tube; (2) reducing the delay time of the putty photoelectric tube from 1 second to 50 milliseconds; (3) reducing the detection range of a diffuse reflection photoelectric tube on the lower part of a cloth running end; (4) artificially lifting materials by the bottom belt only under the condition that the lifting belt is operated and the tobacco shreds are not detected by the putty photoelectric tube; (5) reducing the height of the putty photoelectric tube, and reducing the material height of the leaf shreds in a triangular area in front of the lifting belt and a material storage bin; and (6)increasing the delay time control of 1 second to an operation signal of the lifting belt. The method controls and adjusts an electrical program and a detection device of the leaf shred bin type feeding machine so as to effectively reduce the pulverization rate of the leaf shreds in the bin type feeding machine in the process of operation.
