The invention relates to a method for improving a sizing adhesive formula by means of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and belongs to the field of textile processing. The method comprises the step of adding the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate to the sizing adhesive formula containing phosphate ester starch, acrylic ester and water, wherein the mass of the phosphate ester starch is 3%-5% of the total mass of the phosphate ester starch, the acrylic ester, the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and the water, the mass of the acrylic ester is 3%-5% of the total mass of the phosphate ester starch, the acrylic ester, the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and the water, and the mass of the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is 0.1%-1% of the total mass of the phosphate ester starch, the acrylic ester, the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and the water. The permeability of mixed sizing agents and the coating property of an adhesive for yarn surface sizing can be significantly improved, and therefore the sizing membrane property and the sizing effect are enhanced.
