An audio file containing music data and low-frequency vibration data is sent to the control unit, and the low-frequency vibration data, generated by using the music data, are synchronized with the music data within a 2 HZ to 60 HZ range; the music data and the low-frequency vibration data are separately output by the control unit, wherein the music data are played; the low-frequency vibration data are used as a signal source for driving the vibrators to vibrate, and music is felt synchronously through the body vibration of a user; the play time length of the audio file is set to T; within the time T, the time occupied by data, with a frequency ranging from 2 HZ to 2.9 HZ, of the low-frequency vibration data is no lesser than 30 percents of T. According to the flat-lying-type vibrating bed, the frequency of vibration is controlled within a vibration range between 2 HZ to 60 HZ, particularly, the vibration range between 2 HZ to 2.9 HZ is the best vibration frequency range for the body, and the high-frequency music is converted into the low-frequency data to drive the vibrators, so that the body can feel the changes in the temperament synchronously.
