The invention relates to an in-situ monitoring method for the flux of methane gas on a water-gas interface, which comprises the following steps of: 1) arranging a circular gasbag at the open of a tank with an open bottom, connecting the gasbag to an anchor through a rope, and filling gas in the gasbag; 2) throwing the anchor to an observation point, and after the tank is stabilized, connecting gas in the tank with a methane concentration measurement instrument through a gas tube; 3) starting the methane concentration measurement instrument, measuring and recording the methane gas concentration X1 on the water-gas interface, and recording the measurement time t1; 4) measuring and recording a water level h in the tank in the step 1) and an actual height H of the tank; 5) after the sampling is finished, measuring and recording the methane gas concentration X2, the temperature T2 and the gas pressure P2 on the water-gas interface, and recording the measurement time t2; and 6) calculating the flux of the methane gas between the water and the air by utilizing the methane gas concentration X1 and X2, the time t1 and t2, the water level h in the tank, the actual height H of the tank, the temperature T2 and the gas pressure P2 recorded in the steps 3), 4) and 5). The in-situ monitoring method is suitable for monitoring the flux of the methane gas between the water which takes paddy field, wetland, marshland, lake surface, river, sea, sewage and the like as an underlying surface and the air.

With respect to a photoelectric direct-reading type meter, at an optical pulse emitting end, a coded optical pulse is transmitted in optical fibers; the coded optical pulse irradiates to a specific position on a character wheel, wherein the specific position is provided with a light reflection or transmission area corresponding to characters on the character wheel; at an optical pulse receiving end, the coded optical pulse from the light reflection or transmission area is received by optical fibers and decoded by a decoding module so as to finally obtain the corresponding characters of the character wheel; the optical fibers at the optical pulse emitting end and the opticalfibers at the optical pulse receiving end are arranged in pairs and are opposite in positions; and in accordance with the system of the character wheel, a corresponding number of pairs of the opticalfibers at the optical pulse emitting/receiving ends are arranged so as to meet a condition that the emitted coded optical pulse and the received coded optical pulse in each pair of optical fibers areconsistent. By means of the invention, the problems of susceptibility to optical pollution, large optical interference between adjacent meters, large electromagnetic interference, poor safety, low reliability, high reading error rate and the like of the traditional direct-reading type meter are solved.

According to the gas meter provided by the invention, and the distance between the sampling plate and the sampling character wheel can be controlled and the proper color of the sampling character wheel can be selected, so that the incident dose of outside light rays can be reduced, the emission current of an optoelectronic switch tube can be reduced, and the reliability of the intelligent gas meter can be improved; furthermore, according to the gas detecting method provided by the invention, the effectiveness of the detection can be ensured by the light protecting and detecting step, and the low energy consumption of the operation can be realized by the standby step.
