The invention relates to an integrated power-frequency 
voltage-withstand test device. The integrated power-frequency 
voltage-withstand test device comprises a 
voltage adjustor, a test 
transformer anda 
control system; the voltage adjustor is connected with an external power supply, and outputs adjustable base voltage signals; the test 
transformer is connected with the voltage adjustor, and outputs0-50 kV test voltage signals based on the base voltage signals; the 
control system is used for controlling the voltage adjustor and a power-frequency voltage-withstand test process; the voltage adjustor, the test 
transformer and the 
control system are integrated together, and arranged in a shell; a vacuum 
circuit breaker is connected with the test transformer; a voltage equalizing ring used for preventing 
corona discharge is installed on the top of the test transformer; the integrated power-frequency voltage-withstand test device further comprises a voltage 
measurement device, an over-currentprotection device and an over-voltage protection device; and the voltage 
measurement device is used for measuring the voltage of test voltage 
signal output by the test transformer. The integrated power-frequency voltage-withstand test device in the invention satisfies actual 
engineering requirements, can reduce the 
test complexity, avoid the wiring error, increase the 
test efficiency and reduce apotential safety 
hazard, and suitable for a power-frequency voltage-withstand test of the vacuum 
circuit breaker with the voltage level of 20 kV and below.
