Process for making full-degradable paper mulching film for agricultural use from agronomic crop stalks

Disclosed is a method for making an agricultural full-degradation paper film by crop straws. The plant full-degradation agricultural paper film substitutes for the plastic film and is used for farmland mulching, resulting in good economic benefit and complete elimination of serious soil pollution caused by the plastic film. Development and use of the paper film made of plant fibers can produce good biodegradability. The method uses agricultural straw fibers as raw materials, and adopts a high-tech and novel process technique, namely a degradation method by dipping and oxidation catalysis, without high temperature and high pressure, and having no generation of black smoke and pollution; straw fibers can be degraded intactly without alkali, thereby changing properties of lignin, separating colloid ash content, and improving the physical property. The paper film made of straws has properties of wet-dry strength, warmth retaining and light transmittance required for applications, and is applicable to various weather such as wind and rain, overcast and shine by properly adding necessary additives; and the product has advantages of good full biodegradation performance, non pollution, low cost and strong market competitiveness.
