The invention discloses a high-
hardness fireproof hydrophobic stone-like
ceramic coating as well as a preparation process and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of decorative plate
coating. The high-
hardness fireproof hydrophobic stone-like
ceramic coating comprises a first solution, a second solution and a third solution. The first solution comprises a
silicon oxide aqueous dispersion, calcined kaolin, an inorganic
pigment, deionized water, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent. The second solution comprises
methyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, a leveling agent and
formic acid. The third solution comprises protective rubber
powder and deionized water. The coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of
silicon oxide aqueous dispersion, 5-10 parts of calcined kaolin, 10-15 parts of inorganic
pigment, 25-30 parts of deionized water, 0.5-1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a dispersing agent, 20-25 parts of
methyltrimethoxysilane, 5-8 parts of methyltriethoxysilane, 0.8-1.5 parts of a leveling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of
formic acid, 3-5 parts of protective rubber
powder and 20-30 parts of deionized water. Thestone-like
ceramic coating disclosed by the invention is relatively good in
hardness and relatively good in fireproof performance,
water resistance and
weather resistance.
