The 10X-100X large-depth-of-field digital microscopic imaging system group specifically comprises 1) a group of 10X, 20X, 40X, 60X and 100X microscopic imaging lenses, 2) the phase modulation sheet, and 3) a spectroscope, an eyepiece, a photoelectric conversion device, a display screen and a digital demodulator which is connected with an output terminal, wherein the phase modulation sheet is arranged at the rear end of the group of microscopic imaging lenses; one face of the phase modulation sheet is in accordance with an equation z(x,y)=ax<3>+by<3>, and the other face of the phase modulation sheet is a plane; and a pupil function can be modulated, and aberration caused by the change of a field of view is compensated, so an effect of increasing the depth of field of a digital microscopic imaging system is achieved, and the aim of increasing the depth of field of the digital microscopic imaging system is fulfilled. The 10X-100X large-depth-of-field digital microscopic imaging system group provided by the invention is simple in structure, low cost and high in compatibility, the imaging capacity of the 10X-100X large-depth-of-field microscopic imaging system is greatly improved by using the general phase modulation sheet on the premise that the luminous flux is not reduced and focusing is not performed, and the problem of small depth of field of the conventional microscopic imaging system is solved.
