According to the invention, the wheel speed sensor, the vertical acceleration sensor, the suspension displacement sensor and the like are arranged for obtaining rotating speed parameters and vertical bounce acceleration parameters of the wheels, relative position change parameters of the wheels relative to chassis position change and the like.
