The present invention provides a multi-functional bus card swiping system. The system includes a radio frequency recognition unit, a filtering processing unit, a single-chip microcomputer and a server, wherein the radio frequency recognition unit is used for recognizing an IC card, the filtering processing unit is used for performing repeated data filtering on card swiping person-time recognized by the radio frequency recognition unit, the single-chip microcomputer is used for automatically counting the card swiping person-time which has been subjected to the repeated data filtering, and the server is used for performing analysis and processing on data calculated by the single-chip microcomputer and sending a result to a client. According to the multi-functional bus card swiping system of the invention, a radio frequency identification technology and a single-chip microcomputer technology are combined, and therefore, not only is the single function of card swiping and fee charging realized, the number of passengers in a bus and remaining passenger seats in the bus can be also calculated by using the integrated single-chip microcomputer through card swiping of passengers who get on get off the bus, and the number of passengers in the bus can be monitored in real time, the risk of overloading can be lowered, decision-making support can be provided for bus stuff shift arrangement and real-time scheduling. The system has the advantages of low cost, high feasibility in implementation and high reliability, and is of practical significance for the alleviation of urban traffic pressure.
