The invention relates to a process for treating municipal sewage through excess sludge fermentation carbon source enhanced denitrifying phosphorus removal-partial short-cut denitrification-anaerobic ammonia oxidation, belonging to the field of municipal sewage treatment and recycling. A reaction device used in the invention is composed of a raw water tank, an SBR1 reactor, an SBR2 reactor, an SBR3 reactor and an intermediate water tank. The operation mode of the SBR2 is water feeding/fermented material feeding/anaerobic stirring/anoxic stirring/aerobic aeration; and after raw water enters the SBR2, a sludge fermented material from the SBR1 is fed, and then the raw water enters an anaerobic section. Microorganisms synthesize an internal carbon source by utilizing COD in municipal sewage and volatile fatty acid (VFAs) in a fermentation product, and excessively release phosphorus in cells. Then, the nitrate nitrogen-containing effluent of the SBR3 enters the SBR2, the effluent of the SBR2 enters an anoxic section, and the microorganisms perform a denitrification phosphorus removal-short-cut denitrification-anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction by using the internal carbon source. Finally, the effluent of the SBR2 enters an aerobic section. According to the invention, sludge reduction can be realized, sludge treatment cost is reduced, and the process is suitable for advanced treatment of municipal sewage with low COD/N and low B/C.

A sequencing batch type constructed wetland and a sequencing batch type anaerobic biofilm two-stage reactor are adopted. The method includes a step of feeding tail water from a sewage plant at 15-30 DEG C to the sequencing batch type constructed wetland firstly, and performing a cyclic process comprising water feeding, reacting, water discharging and venting to allow the constructed wetland to be idle in order at 15-30 DEG C so that a stable short-range nitrosation system for the low-concentration ammonia nitrogen sewage is constructed by utilizing a restricted oxygen providing characteristic of the constructed wetland; and a step of feeding water discharged from the constructed wetland into the sequencing batch type anaerobic biofilm reactor, and performing a cyclic process comprising water feeding, reacting and water discharging in order at 15-30 DEG C with a combined filler being disposed in the reactor and the biofilm forming density being 50-60% so that an anaerobic ammonia oxidation system for the low-concentration ammonia nitrogen sewage is constructed. Through the two systems, deep autotrophic denitrification of the low-concentration ammonia nitrogen sewage is achieved. The method is efficient, stable, low in energy consumption, short in process, low in investment and low in running cost.
