The present invention provides a battery charger capable of charging a plurality of secondary batteries which are used in different types of apparatuses, such as an electric vehicle and a mobile power supply unit, in a simultaneous or concurrent manner without largely occupying an installation space on the ground. A DC power supply section 22 includes a plurality of DC stabilized power supply circuits each operable to supply an output according to required electric power, therefrom in an independent manner. Specifically, based on information from each of a plurality of secondary batteries, and information set up/input through a setup/input section, one of or a combination of two or more of the DC stabilized power supply circuits is selected for each of the secondary batteries. Then, an electric power supply line between the selected one of or the selected combination of two or more of the DC stabilized power supply circuits and each of the secondary batteries to be charged is configured, and an output of the selected one of or the selected combination of two or more of the DC stabilized power supply circuits is adjusted. This makes it possible to configure respective electric power supply lines for the secondary batteries to allow the secondary batteries to be concurrently charged, and adjust respective electric power amounts to be supplied to the secondary batteries, individually.

Radar Target Parameter Estimation Method Based on AIC Compressed Information Acquisition and FBMP

The invention discloses a radar target parameter estimation method based on AIC (automatic information center) compression information acquisition and FBMP (fast Bayesian matching pursuit), which mainly solves the problem that the existing compression sensing radar target parameter estimation method cannot simultaneously improve estimation precision and reduce time cost. The method comprises the implementation steps that low-dimension compression observation of radar echo signals is realized by AIC; a time shift sparse dictionary is designed on the basis of transmitted signals, so the radar echo signals can obtain sparse presentation on the time shift sparse dictionary; observation matrices needed in a compression sensing reconstruction theory are constructed according to AIC sampling sequences and the time shift sparse dictionary; sparse coefficient vectors of the radar echo signals are solved by a fast Bayesian matching pursuit FBMP algorithm so as to realize radar target parameterestimation. The invention has advantages that the number of non-zero coefficients in the sparse coefficient vectors of signals to be reconstructed is determined adaptively, the reconstruction precision can be improved when the time cost is reduced, and the method can be used for radar target recognition and radar imaging.

The invention discloses an anti-lost detection and navigation method and system based on micro-environmental perception through Bluetooth. The system comprises a mobile phone which supports Bluetooth 4.0 and is not limited in operating system as well as an anti-lost device based on SensorTag. All that is required is to use the mobile phone and the SensorTag, install an App and set little configuration, whether an article is lost can be determined through communication between the mobile phone and the anti-lost device, an anti-lost strategy is formulated through micro-environmental perception performed by a sensor of the anti-lost device, an accelerometer, a compass, a gyroscope and other equipment on the mobile phone side are used to trace tracks of a user, and accordingly, the lost article is found in a reverse process. The whole process is automatically finished and the user does not need to participate intentionally, and no behavior of the user is interfered. The whole process is quick and effective, and the user does not need to worry. The invention provides a target assignment optimizing method based on a particle swarm algorithm of population explosion, and belongs to the field of intelligent algorithm optimization. In the optimizing method, according to aggregation situation of population in a process of optimization searching, a "population explosion operator" is introduced; divergent treatment of particles is performed under a restricted condition based on partial principles of chaos searching and self-adapting; and parameter adjustment is performed at the same time. The population is prevented against prematurely falling into local optimization, and the problem of target assignment of a battle between intelligent tanks in a virtual battlefield is solved. The method comprises: step 1, performing real number coding of an own side and an opposite side, and generating excellent initial population by utilizing chaos searching; step 2, adjusting initial parameters of the algorithm; step 3, performing iterative optimization searching by adopting the particle swarm algorithm based on the "population explosion operator"; and step 4, ending iteration when the iteration number reaches a set number, and obtaining an optimal scheme. Compared to a method based on an original algorithm, the method increases the total optimization searching ability of particles, and satisfies the requirement of high timeliness.
