The invention discloses a preparation method for an amorphous alloy enhanced racket. The method comprises the steps that S1, amorphous alloy strips are connected with two ends of carbon cloth, and oneend of each amorphous alloy strip extends outside of the carbon cloth by 10 mm-100 mm; S2, the carbon cloth is rolled into a long strip shape, the extended amorphous alloy strips are packaged by oneend of the long strip-shaped carbon cloth and then are wrapped by carbon yarns; S3, the rolled long strip-shaped carbon cloth is made into an initial shape of a racket frame; S4, a clamping slot is set at the middle part of a connection part of a racket stick and the racket frame, and an amorphous alloy plate is inserted into the clamping slot; and S5, the connection part of the racket stick and the racket frame is intertwined by carbon fiber cloth, the racket stick and the racket frame are connected to form a racket blank, the racket blank is placed into a shaping mould, the racket blank is cured and shaped under a heating condition of 120-160 DEG C, and after cooling is carried out, a shaped semi-finished product badminton racket is taken out from the mould. According to the method, through utilization of excellent performance such as high strength, high elasticity, high hardness and light weight of an amorphous alloy material, strength at the connection part of the racket frame andthe racket stick is enhanced, and a fracture risk at the part is reduced.

All-light analog-digital converter 2SSX parallel quantitative coding method

The invention relates to a 2SSX parallel quantization coding method for an all-optical analog-to-digital converter. The method is as follows: the N-bit all-optical analog-to-digital converter is designed; stable sounding optical pulses and steering optical pulses (analog optical) are input into a splitting coupler array (2) through a wavelength division multiplexer or a polarization coupler (1); the coupler array (2) is formed by series connection of N-1 1x2 couplers, wherein, one output port of each 1x2 coupler is connected with a symmetrical Sagnac interferometer (3) and the other output port of each 1x2 coupler is connected with the next 1x2 coupler; an attenuator or an optical amplifier (4) is arranged on a position of each symmetrical Sagnac interferometer (3) close to a 3dB coupler; optical fiber microwave circulators or isolators (5) are arranged on the front of reflecting ports; and the output ports can be transmission ports of the Sagnac interferometers and also can be the reflecting ports and are provided with a band-pass filter or an analyzer (6) which only allows probe light to pass. The structure is combined with adequate splitting ratio of the coupler array (2) and adequate coefficients of the attenuator or the optical amplifier (4), so that the probe light generates Gray codes of parallel output light.

A crawler-type meter counting device

The invention discloses a crawler type length counting device comprising two synchronous belt mechanisms. The two synchronous belt mechanisms arranged in an up-down mode are used for clamping a measured object, wherein the center distances are equal; portions, between the two pairs of front and back synchronous belt wheels, of clamping sides of the synchronous belts of the upper synchronous belt mechanism and the lower synchronous belt mechanism serve as clamping and contact segments; and pressure exerting mechanisms that are capable of exerting positive pressures on the clamping and contact segments towards the direction of the measured object are arranged at the inner sides of the upper synchronous belt mechanism and the lower synchronous belt mechanism. According to the invention, the pressure exerting mechanisms are used for exerting pressures on the clamping and contact segments of the synchronous belts, so that the clamping and contact segments can clamp the measured object all the time under the pressure effect. Therefore, the slipping phenomenon can be avoided and thus the stable synchronization performance can be realized during the whole metering process, thereby improving the length counting precision. Meanwhile, the running of the whole mechanism becomes smooth and stable, thereby substantially reducing the influence on the length counting precision by shaking.
