A sterilization composition comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B, wherein the active ingredient A is 3-difluoromethyl-N-(7-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-1,1,3-trimethyl-1H-indene-4-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole- 4-carboxamide, and the active ingredient B is one or more from fludioxonil, ametoctradin, cyprodinil, amisulbrom, oxathiapiprolin and dimethomorph, and a weight ratio of the activeingredient A to the active ingredient B is 1:50 to 50:1. The sterilization composition can be processed to prepare a suspension, a micro-emulsion, a microcapsule suspension agent, a suspension seed coating agent, a wettable powder, a water-dispersible granule, a dispersible oil suspension and other conventional preparations. The sterilization composition has the advantages of high control effect on most diseases of various crops, obvious sterilization effect, broad sterilization spectrum, obvious synergistic effects, and safety to the crops.
