254 results about "Aseptic processing" patented technology

Aseptic processing is a processing technique wherein commercially thermally sterilized liquid products (typically food or pharmaceutical) are packaged into previously sterilized containers under sterile conditions to produce shelf-stable products that do not need refrigeration. Aseptic processing has almost completely replaced in-container sterilization of liquid foods, including milk, fruit juices and concentrates, cream, yogurt, salad dressing, liquid egg, and ice cream mix. There has been an increasing popularity for foods that contain small discrete particles, such as cottage cheese, baby foods, tomato products, fruit and vegetables, soups, and rice desserts.

Medical compound micropore polysaccharide and application thereof

The invention relates to a medical compound micropore polysaccharide and application in hemostasis on wound surface bleeding areas of various wounds and operation tissues. The medical compound micropore polysaccharide is prepared by adopting a method with the following steps: (1) preparing starch fluid; (2) preparing carboxymethyl chitosan solution; (3) mixing the starch fluid and the carboxymethyl chitosan solution, and adding dispersant and emulsifier into the mixture; (4) emulsifying, crosslinking and co-polymerizing; and (5) refining, drying, packing and sterile treatment. The invention also discloses application of the medical compound micropore polysaccharide in preparing a hemostasis medicament used for the wound surface bleeding areas of wounds and operation tissues. The medical compound micropore polysaccharide of the invention has the following characteristics: 1, the hemostasis time is short, namely the hemostasis is generally finished in 3 to 5 minutes; 2, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide has no antigenicity, has polysaccharide components, and has no protein or immune reaction; 3, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide can be fully degraded and absorbed in vivo; 4, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide is a sterile product and is convenient to use by opening; and 5, the tissue reaction is light. Therefore, the medical compound micropore polysaccharide is a comparatively ideal surgical hemostasis product.

Soil covering culture method for simulated wild glossy ganoderma

The invention relates to a soil covering culture method for simulated wild glossy ganoderma, which comprises the following steps that: a glossy ganoderma culture bag is subjected to germicidal treatment, inoculated with strains of the glossy ganoderma when the temperature in the culture bag is cooled to about 30 DEG C, and then cultured under dark or weak light environment, and mycelia are grown full of the bag; a furrow is made on loosen sandy soil, drainage channels are arranged on the periphery, a glossy ganoderma bed is dug in the furrow, the culture bag is opened and vertically arranged in the glossy ganoderma bed in a way that the inoculation surface is upwards, the bag is covered with soil, gaps are filled by the soil, and the soil is kept moist; the glossy ganoderma bag is cultured continuously in the open air and promoted to grow the glossy ganoderma naturally; and a sunshade is erected after the fruit body of the glossy ganoderma is ripen, a rainproof plastic film is spread on the sunshade, the culture is continued, and ganoderma lucidum spore is collected. The method adopts a field open cold frame soil covering mode to grow the glossy ganoderma, changes the problem that the glossy ganoderma is always in the greenhouse environment in the prior art, reduces cost, only needs aseptic processing and humidity maintaining in the culture process, and is simple, high in programming and easy in promotion.

The invention relates to the technical field of soil repairing and in particular to a preparation method of a heavy metal polluted soil repairing agent. The repairing agent is composed of a microorganism and expanded vermiculite; the preparation method comprises the following steps: after carrying out sterile treatment on the expanded vermiculite, mixing the expanded vermiculite and a bacterium suspension solution together according to a ratio; then carrying out adsorption culture on a mixture in a dark place; after few hours, carrying out adsorption balance and carrying out immobilization of the microorganism; providing suitable culture conditions for the microorganism by the bacterium suspension solution according to different conditions on nutrients, the potential of hydrogen, oxygen and the like of the microorganism; or adding an inhibitor to cause an environment which is only good for the growth of the microorganism and is used for inhibiting the growth of other microorganisms, so as to eliminate other microorganisms which are not needed; separating and purifying the microorganism by adopting a diluting and coating flat plate method or a flat plate marking method until a pure strain is obtained; inoculating the purified strain into a culture solution and culturing to obtain the heavy metal polluted soil repairing agent. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and low in investment cost; the repairing agent can be used for effectively improving an immobilization effect of the microorganism on heavy metal and is suitable for repairing low-concentration heavy metal polluted farmland soil.

Method for preparing decidua mesenchymal stem cell

The invention provides a method for preparing a decidua mesenchymal stem cell. The method comprises the following steps: performing placenta asepsis by taking the placenta of a male full-term fetus as a raw material; separating a decidual tissue; identifying the decidual tissue and identifying whether the decidua mesenchymal stem cell comes from a maternal tissue; culturing the decidua mesenchymal stem cell; freeze-storing the decidua mesenchymal stem cell; and reviving the decidua mesenchymal stem cell. The method provided by the invention has the technical characteristics that the sampled fetus is male fetus placenta; after the decidual tissue is obtained, sex determination is performed to identify whether the decidual tissue comes from a parent body and is free of pollution of a daughter tissue; by adopting a bacterial pollution prevention method, the pollution possibility is reduced from a sampling source; the surface is washed for a plurality of times, so that the pollution possibility is effectively reduced; a single enzyme is used for digestion to simplify the procedures; a serum-free medium is used for culture to reduce the use of an animal source component; the cell is stable in performance; a long-term in-vitro culture process of the decidua mesenchymal stem cell can be maintained; and the cellular morphology, multiplication capacity, MSC surface marking expression capacity, differentiative capacity and the like of the cell can be maintained.
