The invention relates to a remote
support system and a remote support method of a belt weigher, and belongs to the technical field of the application of
the Internet of Things. The remoter
support system is composed of a
client side and a management side which are connected in a communication mode through a network. The
client side comprises a monitoring unit, a
control unit, a
client side receiving and dispatching unit and a man-
machine conversation unit. The management side comprises a management side receiving and dispatching unit, a management
server and an
intelligent decision system which supports the management
server. The
control unit comprises a comparing device which is used for reading monitored data at
fixed time and enabling comparison to be conducted, an inquiry unit which is used for inquiring corresponding solutions in a data base of the management
server through the network and a conversation device which is used for obtaining the solutions through man-
machine conversations with an operator by the aid of the man-
machine conversation unit. According to the remote
support system and the remote support method of the belt weigher, a manufacturer does not need to visit
a site and can find problems timely, and the problems are solved automatically, or the manufacturer conducts
remote guidance to general workers, corrects misoperation, finds out
cheating phenomena and repairs failure equipment, and the perfectness ratio and the utilization ratio of the equipment are greatly improved.
