harmonic distortion rate calculating step comprises operations of resolving
dominant frequency components and
harmonic components of the
frequency spectrum data of the waist, the left foot and the right foot in the x, y and z directions, calculating harmonic
distortion rates of various
frequency spectrum data on the basis of the resolved
dominant frequency components and harmonic components of the various frequency spectrum data, and acquiring a synthetic harmonic distortion rate on the basis of the harmonic distortion rates of the waist, the left foot and the right foot in the x, y and z directions; the evaluating step comprises an operation of evaluating a walking balance capacity in accordance with the synthetic harmonic distortion rate; and the outputting step comprises an operation of outputting a result evaluated in the evaluating step.
