The invention discloses a hydraulic
system of an anti-seismic
steel bar rolling line. The hydraulic
system comprises an
oil tank, main pumps and a high-pressure main oil circuit. A plurality of oil delivering pipes are arranged on the
oil tank and connected with the main pumps correspondingly. Outlets of the main pumps are connected to the high-pressure main oil circuit, and the main pumps and thehigh-pressure main oil circuit are provided with first filters. The high-pressure main oil circuit is provided with a pressure
relay. The pressure
relay is connected with a main oil circuit overflowvalve. An overflow port of the main oil circuit overflow valve returns flow back to the
oil tank through an oil drainage pipeline.
Branch overflow valves are arranged on pipelines between the main pumps and the first filters. Overflow ports of the
branch overflow valves are connected to the oil drainage pipeline. According to the hydraulic
system, the multiple main pumps are adopted to be connected to the high-pressure main oil circuit, it is ensured that the stable hydraulic flow rate and pressure can be provided, thus the accuracy of rolling control is ensured, the
production quality of rolled parts is ensured, impurities in hydraulic oil are effectively filtered out, the purity of the hydraulic oil is improved, the jamming situation of a hydraulic component is avoided, the accuracy of rolling control is further ensured, and the
production quality of a product is improved.
