The invention discloses an automatic edible fungus picker which comprises an incoming bottle poking wheel, a main rotary part capable of rotating along the axis thereof, an outgoing bottle poking wheel and an edible fungus collecting device. A bottle support and a grasper are arranged on the main rotary part, the incoming bottle poking wheel is used for poking a container planted with edible fungi to the bottle support, the bottle support is used for bearing the container planted with the edible fungi and capable of moving up and down, and the grasper is provided with a clamp, an open and close mechanism enabling the clamp to clamp or release, and an oscillation mechanism enabling the clamp to be in oscillating motion. By actions of the main rotary part, the bottle support and the grasper, quick and efficient picking of the edible fungi is realized, fungus strains after being picked are separated thoroughly, the fungus strains are damaged smally and relatively complete, and the overall operating environment is clean.
