The invention discloses a nanometer
titanium dioxide material uniform in
particle size distribution. The nanometer
titanium dioxide material is prepared through the following steps of step 1, adding
titanic acid dinbutyl
phthalate to
anhydrous ethanol, adding
polyvinylpyrrolidone, performing sealing
ultrasonic dispersion for 10-30min, and performing cooling so as to obtain
titanic acid dinbutyl
phthalate fluid dispersion; step 2, adding hydroxypropylcelliloxe to the
titanic acid dinbutyl
phthalate fluid dispersion, performing slow stirring until the hydroxypropylcelliloxe completely dissolves,and then performing sealing
ultrasound treatment for 20-50min, so as to obtain the titanic acid dinbutyl phthalate fluid dispersion with a double dispersing
system; step 3, slowly adding
distilled water to the titanic acid dinbutyl phthalate fluid dispersion with the double dispersing
system, performing uniform stirring, performing sealing heating supersonic reaction for 2-5h, performing
ultrasound evaporation reaction for 2-4h, and performing filtering while the processed titanic acid dinbutyl phthalate fluid dispersion is hot, so as to obtain
sediment; and step 4, adding the
sediment to
methanol reaction liquid, performing micro electrolytic reaction for 3-5h, performing filtering and washing, and then performing
drying so as to obtain the nanometer
titanium dioxide material uniform inparticle size distribution. Through adoption of the nanometer
titanium dioxide material disclosed by the invention, the problem that a conventional technical technology is complicated is solved; and the prepared
titanium dioxide has good photocatalytic activity, and is uniform in
particle size distribution and good in
structural stability.
