The method comprises the steps that firstly, a one-meter-high purse seine is arranged at 50-60 cm below the water surface of a pond, and a larval breeding area is formed; secondly, parent shrimp are put at the end of August or at the early September, wherein the weight of one parent shrimp is 40 g, and the female-male ratio is 3:1; thirdly, the shrimp and the crabs are fed with feed from the late September, and culturing is strengthened at the water temperature of 10 DEG C or above; fourthly, the postpartum parent shrimp are caught starting from November; fifthly, commercial river crabs are caught starting from the early November to the early January of the next year; sixthly, the shrimp and the crabs are fed with expanded sinking pellet feed at the end of the middle of March of the next year; seventhly, the commercial shrimp of 30 g or above are caught from the late April of the next year to the late August of the next year; eighthly, river crab larvae of 18 g are put in the middle of May, and fed with the expanded sinking pellet feed, the feeding amount is increased to 5% from 1.5%; ninthly, the commercial shrimp of 40 g are reserved to serve as the breeding parent at the late August, and the next round of larval shrimp breeding is started at the end of August or at the early September; tenthly, the river crabs start to be caught from the late October.
