powder-needle
nitrogen filling device comprises a buffering tank and a flow-division inflation mechanism, wherein the buffering tank and the flow-division inflation mechanism are connected with a
nitrogen source; the flow-division inflation mechanism comprises an air division cover and an
air cavity box; the air division cover comprises a cover plate, air inlet interface tubes which communicate with the buffering tank through
silicon rubber hoses, and air dividing tubes which horizontally and fixedly communicate with the bottom ends of the air inlet interface tubes; the air inlet interface tubes are inserted and fixed to the cover plate; multiple groups of primary air dividing holes are provided with an opening; the coverplate covers the opening; the air dividing tubes are positioned in the middle of a cavity body of the
air cavity box; secondary air dividing holes which are arranged into columns are formed in the bottom face of the
air cavity box; and a nitrogen filling channel is formed by the secondary air dividing holes which can continuously eject out nitrogen. The
powder-needle nitrogen filling device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that through two-stage air dividing channels, the nitrogen is uniformly and slowly injected into a medicinal
bottle, so that medicinal powder which is filled with the medicinal
bottle cannot be blown out, and entrance of the nitrogen into the medicinal
bottle also can be ensured; and moreover, after the bottle is sealed by using a rubber plug,
residual oxygen detector is used to detect, and an average value of the content of the
residual oxygen is less than 0.5 percent.
