The present invention is directed to an optical imaging system for inspection microscopes with which lithography masks can be checked for defects particularly through emulation of high-aperture scanner systems. The microscope imaging system for emulating high-aperture imaging systems comprises imaging optics, a detector and an evaluating unit, wherein polarizing optical elements are selectively arranged in the illumination beam path for generating different polarization states of the illumination beam and/or in the imaging beam path for selecting different polarization components of the imaging beam, an optical element with a polarization-dependent intensity attenuation function can be introduced into the imaging beam path, images of the mask and/or sample are received by the detector for differently polarized beam components and are conveyed to the evaluating unit for further processing. With the proposed solution, it is possible in particular to examine lithography masks for defects by means of inspection microscopes in spite of increasingly smaller structures and increasingly higher image-side numerical apertures of the imaging systems. Realistic images of the scanner systems can be generated by emulating the occurring vector effects.

The invention discloses a freeze-etching agent of ultra-low-carbon steel casting billet macrograph grain structure, and a preparation method thereof. The freeze-etching agent is prepared from materials of: 30 to 50g of ferric chloride, 0.5 to 1.2g of stannous chloride, 2 to 3 parts of trinitrophenol, 10 to 20ml of sodium alkyl phenyl sulfonate, 200 to 500ml of absolute alcohol, and 600 to 1000ml of hydrochloric acid. Solid agents of the formulation are mixed and placed into a glass vessel according to the ratio; 1500 to 2000ml of distilled water is divided into two parts; one part is added to the solid mixed agents, and the other part is preserved for later use; absolute alcohol is added to the preserved part of distilled water; hydrochloric acid is added to the alcohol solution; sodium alkyl phenyl sulfonate is added to the aqueous solution containing agents such as ferric chloride, and the mixture is uniformly stirred; the alcohol + hydrochloric acid solution is then added to the aqueous solution containing the agents such as ferric chloride; the solution is sufficiently stirred, such that the freeze-etching agent is prepared. With the freeze-etching agent, the form of the ultra-low-carbon continuous casting steel billet macrograph grain structure can be clearly shown. The freeze-etching agent provided by the invention has advantages of high detection speed, low pollution, and convenient operation. Also, the freeze-etching agent is energy-saving.

The present invention relates to a method for generating a space-related traffic database for a radio network which comprises a plurality of radio cells which can each be assigned to a group of radio cells, with a region to be mapped being subdivided into area elements by a grid and each of the area elements being allocated a respective assignment probability for each of the radio cells which supply the area element and a land-use class from amongst a finite group of land-use classes by generation being achieved by a minimization process in which the distance between the measured traffic of a radio cell and the predicted traffic of the radio cell is minimized for each radio cell, with the traffic, which is to be predicted, of a respective radio cell being set equal to the sum of area elements which are weighted by land use class-specific and group-specific coefficients, which area elements of the respective radio cell for a respective land-use class and for a respective group of radio cells are produced from the assignment probabilities of the area elements to the radio cells included in the process, and the coefficients are determined by the minimization process and assigned to the corresponding radio cell. The invention provides a cold-etching agent displaying dendritic structure form of high-carbon steel continuous casting billets and a preparation method. The cold-etching agent includes 10-15 g of ferric trichloride, 1-3 g of ammonium cupric chloride, 200-400 ml of anhydrous ethanol, 20-40 ml of hydrochloric acid, 1-3 parts of trinitrophenol and 1500-2000 ml of distilled water. The preparation method includes the steps of (1) mixing the ferric trichloride, the ammonium cupric chloride and the trinitrophenol; placing the mixture in a glass container; (2) uniformly dividing the distilled water into two parts, wherein one part is added to the solid agent and the anhydrous ethanol in a certain amount is added to the other part; (3) adding the hydrochloric acid to the anhydrous ethanol water solution; (4) pouring the water solution into the water solution containing the ferric trichloride, the ammonium cupric chloride and the trinitrophenol; and (5) mixing the solutions and allowing the mixed solution to stand for 8 h. The cold-etching agent is high in detection speed, is less in pollution, is energy-saving, is simple in operation, can clearly show the content of carbon and the low-multiply dendritic structure form of the steel continuous casting billets containing alloy elements, so that billet shell crystals, columnar crystals and central isometric crystals in continuous casting solidification and defects are easy to distinguish.

The invention relates to an image restoration method based on an adversarial generative network, and the method comprises the steps: S1, constructing an image restoration training network: adding a generated SE-RestNet network into a generative network, adding a discrimination SE-RestNet network into a discrimination network, and obtaining an image restoration training network; S2, conducting training: extracting a plurality of original images from a training data set; performing mask processing to obtain a plurality of training images, using the generated SE-RestNet network in the generated network to generate a training restoration image, and then using the discrimination SE-RestNet network in the discrimination network to discriminate whether the restored image is true or false, and after the discrimination network reaches a balance state, using the trained generation network as an image restoration network. According to the image restoration method based on the generative adversarial network provided by the invention, an SE-RestNet network block is added into the generative adversarial network, so that the restored image ensures the image structure and semantic coherence, the image restoration effect is better, and no restoration trace exists.
