Hanging head frame

A hanging head frame comprises an upper hanging rod, a lower U-shaped frame and an oil cylinder installation supporting sleeve, the top of the lower U-shaped frame is connected with the upper hanging rod, and the side portion of the lower U-shaped frame is connected with the oil cylinder installation supporting sleeve. The side portion of the lower U-shaped frame is connected with a hydraulic system installation supporting seat, and the hydraulic system installation supporting seat is located on the side opposite to the oil cylinder installation supporting sleeve. The lower U-shaped frame is provided with a four-edge groove, and an opening of the four-edge groove faces downwards. The four-edge groove of the lower U-shaped frame can be in guide fit with the four-edge boss of the lifting lug, X-axis and Y-axis offset is automatically compensated in the descending process, and the butt joint efficiency and precision are remarkably improved; the integration of a sensor mounting hole and a monitoring camera interface supports the real-time monitoring of the hanging head posture, the pin penetrating position and the stress state.
