bright spot area, perimeter, maximum gray value, secondary gray value, minimum gray value, average gray value, gray value standard deviation and barycenter position information of single particle transient bright spot.The method does not need to save image to local, greatly saves storage space, can be used for longer time bright spot feature analysis, and bright spot feature can be output simultaneously with
image acquisition to facilitate research.
